EQUIPMENT RETURNS POLICY
Claims for credit will not be considered unless received within seven (7) days of despatch. In the case of goods being returned, they must arrive at Comtel Technologies in an ‘as supplied’ condition, meaning that equipment must be in original condition in original boxes with all manufacturer supplied installation instructions, operation manuals, mounting hardware, accessories, etc.. Any equipment that is bespoke or custom, has been damaged (in the view of Comtel Technologies) or has been previously installed will not be accepted for return, unless authorised by Comtel Technologies. Prior notice of return must be given to Comtel Technologies and equipment must be accompanied by a ‘Returned Goods Authorisation’ (RGA) reference obtained from Comtel Technologies. Restocking charges may apply.
